Arnica is an excellent herbal that may be used on bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, rheumatic pain, inflammation from insect bites, inflammation and swelling due to fractures.

Arnica may be prepared in many forms for treatment: sprays, creams, tinctures, liniments, salves, compresses and poultices. Arnica will not cause any ill effects or reactions to traditional medications.

When using Arnica you will want to test for skin sensitivity.
